My name is Jess Lancashire

I help leaders design what comes next.

I work with bold, forward-thinking CEOs and execs who want to enable their people to do their best work and live their best lives — even inside flawed, stretched or outdated systems.

You know that burnout isn’t fixed by wellness apps.  That talent doesn’t grow in rigid hierarchies.  And that purpose can't survive in a system built around productivity alone.
